1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Because our figures are small, almost all packages fit within Royal Mail Large Letter dimensions.

Delivery times vary by region. Customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

If the address is incorrect and the parcel cannot be delivered, we are unable to provide a refund unless the item is returned to us.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
For Tracked services:

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days from dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

If Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost, we will replace or refund the order.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, Royal Mail may perform a delivery investigation.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item
We will replace or refund the affected items where possible.
8. Split Shipments
All items in your order are shipped together unless otherwise stated.
We do not charge additional shipping fees for split shipments if we initiate them.
